We are looking to recruit an experienced Support Analyst to join our high performance Technology Solutions team on a Permanent Full Time basis, with the successful candidate to work from our Macquarie Park (Sydney) office.
Position Overview
This multi-functional role encompasses a broad range of skills and requires a Support Analyst who is the main contact for all support requests, owning issues from notification to resolution (including managing escalations). You will be capable of covering application support for our FMS@ISS platform (Tririga) in both functional and technical areas, as outlined below:
- Level 1 and Level 2 end user support management.
- User training and demonstrations
- Master data management, user/security management and system configuration
- New site implementations
- Testing of new system enhancements
This role has a strong continuous improvement focus around process and system use and through proactive collaboration across teams, internal and external vendors and support services.

Required skills and experience for success:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT related discipline
- At least 5 year’s experience in IT with at least 3 years using and supporting a CMMS (e.g. IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP, etc).
- Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC and CI.
- Familiar with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes
- Strong stakeholder management, time management and organisational skills
- A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery
- Ability to identify and facilitate issue resolution to ensure ‘fit-for-purpose’ outcomes.
Additional desirable criteria would include:
- Experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager
- Experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation
- Strong experience with Microsoft desktop suite, Microsoft Project
- SDLC management, directly or through vendor partners
- Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics delivery
- IT Certification (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, etc)
