ISS Facility Services is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to lead the financial performance and reporting for our New Zealand operations. This pivotal role carries national responsibility and plays a key part in supporting our Director of Finance and broader leadership team.

You’ll be the link between finance and operations, helping drive performance, improve processes, and ensure compliance and reporting excellence across the country. What You'll Do

• Lead New Zealand’s month-end, forecasting, and budgeting processes

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive contract optimisation

• Develop and implement tools to improve financial visibility for operational teams

• Partner closely with operations, commercial teams, and leadership to guide strategic decisions

• Support the NZ finance team and help build capability across AP/AR

• Engage with external stakeholders including auditors, clients, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance and collaborate with the wider Pacific finance and tax teams

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field

• Strong business partnering experience and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis

• Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver

• Ability to manage change, motivate teams, and drive continuous improvement

Preferred:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

• Big 4 background or similar experience in complex environments
