We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across people, processes, and systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, technology, and keeping standards high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage supply ordering and stock control.
• Oversee equipment care – from allocation to maintenance.
• Confidently use and manage technology platforms including HSE, procurement systems, audit tools, and task allocation apps.
• Provide leadership and guidance to frontline staff, ensuring operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence with digital tools, software systems, and reporting.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Covid vaccination status & proof
• NZ work rights
• Clean criminal background and necessary checks will be conducted
• National Police clearance, within 12 months of issue
• Access to reliable mode of transport for commuting to work
