🔧 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in line with procedures

• Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans across contracts

• Manage internal and external client RFIs as part of business-as-usual processes

• Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, ensuring taxonomy compliance

• Maintain data integrity across asset lifecycle, engineering, and maintenance planning

• Support upkeep of the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document

• Assist Data Engineers & Coordinators in efficient use of FMS@ISS

• Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations

• Establish reporting frameworks within FMS

• Enable long-term PPM smoothing for resource and budget efficiency

• Contribute to ongoing ISO 55001 certification maintenance

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)

• Strong skills in MS Excel and other data applications

• High attention to detail and process orientation

• Asset management experience in building services (preferred but not essential)

• Results-focused with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

• Effective communicator across technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
